You will need a good Internet connection, headphones with a microphone, a place where you feel comfortable and safe and a block for possible notes.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the nature of the problem. If you are bothered by a local symptom or foreseeing life changes (relocation, job interview, talking to a child about divorce) 1 to 2 sessions of counselling will be enough.

If your issue is related to underlying frustrations (relationships restructure, stabilizing self-esteem, etc.), then I would recommend long-term forms of psychotherapy.
